Three factors impact the transformation of society, whether it is the society of the holy Defense or our society today. If any of these factors are weak, society will veer off course.

The first factor is the influence  of leadership.

The second factor is goal setting. How holy is the goal? How deeply held is it?

Thirdly, managers are the ones responsible for driving this change. They are the ones who must implement these policies.
