From Martyr Hajj Qassem’s will to the scholars:

"A concise message from a soldier who spent 40 years in the trenches to the great scholars of the realm and the senior religious authorities who spread enlightenment in society and dispel darkness, especially the esteemed sources of emulation. Your soldier has seen from the watchtower that if this system is harmed, religion will vanish and all that you have sacrificed for its precious values and principles in the seminaries will be in vain. These times are unlike any other, for Islam will not remain if they tighten their grip this time. The right approach lies in supporting the revolution, the Islamic Republic, and the guardianship of the jurisprudent without hesitation. Others must not be allowed during these events to cast doubt and hesitation upon you, the embodiment of the hope of Islam. All of you used to harbor love for Imam Khomeini and believed in his path. Imam Khomeini's approach is to confront America, defend the Islamic Republic, and support the oppressed Muslims under the tyranny of arrogance under the banner of the guardianship of the jurisprudent. I have seen with my humble mind how some traitors have tried and still try with their words and actions to push influential scholars and religious authorities into silence and doubt. The truth is clear; the Islamic Republic and its principles and the guardianship of the jurisprudent are the legacy of Imam Khomeini and should receive genuine support. I see His Eminence Ayatollah Khamenei alone and in extreme oppression. He needs your support and assistance, and it is up to you, the venerable and the great, to guide society towards supporting him through your speeches, meetings, and endorsements. If this revolution fails, it will not return even in the era of the accursed Shah, but rather imperialism will work to promote pure atheism and a deep deviation from which there is no return.
