The beacon of liberty: Haj Qassem Soleimani and the battle for Yemen’s honor
Two months remain until the first anniversary of Haj Qassem Soleimani and his entourage’s martyrdom. The terrorist clique in the White House perpetrated the odious crime of assassinating Iran’s hero general, vainly assuming that by martyring General. Soleimani, it could avoid further US defeats in the Middle East and bring more instability.
For many years, the US has directly or indirectly committed infamous atrocities in the Middle-East region, especially in Iraq, Afghanistan. Furthermore, the US terrorist leaders for so long attempt assiduously to establish numerous military bases in different parts of the globe to continue the American tyrannical reign across the world. There has been incontrovertible evidence of support that the ISIS terrorists receive from the US Army in the war-scarred Iraq and Syria. The US also renders support for the Zionist apartheid regime in committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in the occupied Palestinian territories. Generally speaking, the US government intentionally organizes creative chaos, incites internecine wars, and sows the seeds of sedition in the Middle-East region by overtly interfering in the domestic affairs of the Islamic nations. The successive US administrations, whether Democratic or Republican, support their lacey dictators to crush pro-democracy movements in Islamic countries, like Bahrain and Egypt.
And last but not least, the US has been supporting the despotic Saudi regime, waging 6-year-old aggression against the Yemeni civilians.
But Yemeni people were not alone in their ongoing struggle to save their independence and honor. Gen. Soleimani, the ablest Iranian military commander who headed the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC)’s Quds Force played an indispensable role by offering military advisory to the Yemeni resistance.
Unbeknownst to the global arrogance that assumed that by assassinating Haj Qassem the Yemeni resistance would become incapable of defending itself, Yemen’s Ansarallah Movement continued its heroic struggle against the US-Israeli-Saudi aggression with more resolute and determined. Yemenis were successful in inflicting server blows to the Saudi war machine by targeting Riyadh’s vital economic infrastructures.
In the light of the fact that the Saudi regime deployed the advanced American anti-missile batteries across the battlefields, the Ansarallah Movement crushed the Saudi main military bases and facilities with the home-made accurate precision-guided missiles.
Saying that the Yemeni resistance is now doubtlessly gaining more military muscle, plainly means that the callous assassination of Haj Qassem Soleimani was yet another strategic debacle for the United States’ terrorist regime.
And then Imam Hussain [PBUH] thundered: “OLord! They trampled on and humiliated us. So, God kills them as they killed us. For the sake of these values, we would rather die in an hour and not submit to the ignobles.”
