Abstract
Jihadi management is a movement, effort and struggle that is carried out with
divine motivation, with tact and prudence, but with a firm and militant
determination to get rid of challenges and problems (internal and external) in
the overall growth and development of the country. During the holy defense,
unique and lasting epics were seen and the Supreme Leader has repeatedly
mentioned it as a model of effective jihadi management to solve the country’s
problems. One of the most important achievements of this glorious period was
the spread of the culture of resistance and resistance against arrogance by
relying on jihadi management. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to
explain the components of jihadi management in the school of Shahid Ghasem
Soleimani.
With regard to these cases, this study has been written with the aim of
determining “characteristics of jihadi management in the school of Martyr Haj
Ghasem Soleimani” which by examining the library in the biography, lectures,
notes and will of Martyr Ghasem Soleimani, four management indicators With
social-cultural, doctrinal-moral, intellectual-visionary and field-operational
titles and characteristics; Were identified and finally it was concluded that in
the current situation and in the face of sanctions for the realization of the
second step of the Islamic Revolution, by identifying the components of jihadi
management identified in this study in the light of Shahid Soleimani school,
we can achieve mujahedeen achievements. Let’s take a step, General Qassem
